Sailing & skiing the Norwegian fjords

Grifone, this 30-year-old mountain clothing brand from the Pyrenees, asked me, Eli Melero and Xevi Esgleas if we would be up to a sailing and skiing adventure in the Norwegian fjords to test some of their new products.

How much time do you think we needed to give them an answer? Well, to give them a yes? That’s right, we did it in the blink of an eye.

Norway didn’t disappoint. It was my first time in the country and to do it this way it gave us a different perspective. Feeling the freezing air and arctic waters surrounding us while sailing made us feel so fortunate but yet so insignificant.

We skied from the top of a mountain to the sea shore, we crossed frozen lakes, we jumped into the freezing sea, we learned about the Nordic culture, and we mainly got mesmerized by this breathtaking piece of land.
