Descente | W23 collection

I was in charge of the photography in this production. We only had two full days to photograph and film the whole new winter collection from Descente. The location chosen was Baqueira-Beret in la Val d’Aran, the Catalan Pyrenees.

Descente is a Japanese skiing clothing company that is known for its extremely high quality products. Due to this reason, it has also been catalogued as a senior/exclusive brand. Which is meant to be exclusive but they wanted to be a brand for the youth as well.

So, for this campaign the goal was to create a fresher and juvenile identity. We needed young skiers with fresh attitude, bright colours, perfect action shots, close-ups showing the excellent build, and to create natural playful scenes.

We all agreed we did a great job in record time.
